MEET CHRISTMAS ABBOTT
From a reckless teenager to a top fitness and nutrition professional and influencer, Christmas has done extraordinary things that set her apart from all others in the industry. Christmas first discovered her self worth and passion in her contracting years in Baghdad, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Afterwards, she went on and competed professionally in the CrossFit Games, USA Weightlifting Nationals, and made history as the first female pit crew member for NASCAR. Christmas didn’t stop there as she became a National Best Seller with her first book “Badass Body Diet” and went on a US and world tour with her nutrition seminar. In addition to touring for her seminars, Christmas has worked closely with several Vet nonprofit organizations helping the transition from active military to civilian life through nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle education. Christmas has also been highlighted on all major news channels for interviews and/or featured as an expert including: Self, CBS, NBC, NBC Sports, ABC, Fox & Friends, Harry, Steve Harvey, HBO Real Sports, Kris Jenner Show, Muscle & Fitness, NY Times, Shape, Cosmo, Self, Muscle & Fitness Hers, and many others.

Welcome to my world! You are here for one reason or another and I want help you fulfill that reason. Before we get started on your journey, let me tell you about mine. I am a full time momma with the sweetest little boy named Loyal. I love coaching and am a life enthusiast! I broke away from a life that was going to kill me and turned it into a life that I LOVE.
When I started coaching others in 2005 I had no idea the impact it would have on my own personal development and growth. Through sharing my story and personal knowledge I wanted to show people they can be unstoppable in who they know they can be. I share my struggle to help people learn through my experience faster than I did and with less trauma and mistakes. For me, coaching isn't just about showing a movement and workout programming. It is about building people's confidence and understanding of what they are doing and why they are doing it so they have the power to do it themselves.
I have done a lot of extraordinary things like working in a war zone as a civilian contractor, becoming a professional and world recognized athlete in multiple sports: NASCAR, Weightlifting, CrossFit and even making history as the first female on a Sprint Cup pit crew. My need to learn about life led me to understand complicated nutrition. My love for teaching led me to being able to convey what I learned and simplify it for easier understanding and implementation of the practices not only in nutrition but habit processes and fitness as well. My book Badass Body Diet is a National Bestseller along with my second book Badass Life being highly praised. Through this journey I found my purpose, to help people tap into their best self. Fitness, nutrition and mindset are the tools that I use to help people not only recognize their potential but learn the practices that will give them the best and most out of a life they love.
I am focused on always exploring my being and learning more about whole health and how it's all connected. In that process I will give you one hell of a workout and a dose of accountability!
