oppressively constant; incessant.
What does it mean to be Relentless? What does it mean to you? I would like to give you a little insight on what being Relentless means to me. Relentless means that I never give up, I never give in. I always strive to do my best and pursue the greatness I know lives within me. I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror at the end of each day and know that I did all I could to win the day. Then after a restful sleep, wake up with confidence knowing I will do it all over again.
Each new day comes with its own challenges. Each new day comes with its own victories. Therefore each new day will demand its own relentless motivation.
There are billions of people on this earth, all which you can use to help motivate you. They could be friends, they could be enemies. They could be siblings, or parents. They could honestly be anyone in the world. But the only person who has to look at you at the beginning and end of each day is you. So instead of concerning yourself with others, why don’t you concern yourself with YOU. Focus on reaching your goals for yourself, or doing your best for you.
Relentless, is having the energy each day, hour, minute, or second, in any facet of life, to not let up, to show yourself what you are capable of, to do your best!
Be consistent. Be persistent. Be never-ending. Be tenacious. Be RELENTLESS!

What are you thankful for…
More often than not do you find yourself thinking… How can I get better? What steps can I take to improve? Or even worse, I need to strengthen my weakness. Lets stop for a minute, change gears and what if you tried something different? What if you thought of all things in your life, physical, emotional, and spiritual. Then within each of those categories you listed out at least 5 things you are thankful for? How could this change your day? Change you mood? Or Change your outlook on the journey you are on? Taking a minute to appreciate all the things that you may overlook on a daily basis, what you have, where you currently are. You may notice this has an interesting impact on how your thoughts start to transform from what you don’t have, to what you are blessed with.
You probably have heard over and over again “the joy is found in the journey.” Being thankful for your current situation will help you to take a step back and reflect on where you were before, where you are not and how much progress you have actually made. Instead of inundating yourself with where you need to be. Be thankful, build yourself up, foster a mindset of positivity.
I challenge to take 5 minutes of your day to slow down, pull out a pen, a piece of paper and write down as much as you can in that 5 minutes. Start small and list out all the things you are thankful for.

In the Moment
So life just kicked you square in the teeth. You’re a bit wobbly on your feet, a little dazed and confused, and a whole lot of embarrassed or frustrated. In the heat of the moment, you vow to change, you vow to never let it happen again, and you vow to take bold and decisive action in order to make damn sure it won’t. You go home. You look in the mirror, and in a moment of clarity, you finally admit to yourself you’re better than what just happened, where you’re at, and where you’re headed.Never forget these moments. Sear them into your memory, because in the coming days the emotions will wane, the fire will fade, and you will start to fall back into homeostasis and the familiar comfort of the norm. Slowly you will start to justify conducting business as usual again, and dismiss all of your previous thoughts and ideas as an overreaction. In doing so, that person you briefly saw in the mirror so clearly begins stepping back into the murky abyss of unrealized potential and foundationless dreams. In these moments of chaos and clarity, when all of a sudden you feel the electricity of audacity, and the rush of action coursing through your veins, you must seize the power your mind is showing you. Don’t forget how it feels. Capture it. Believe in it. Harness it into a plan of action you can systematically execute out of the ashes. The mirror to the soul is hung in defeat, and reflected upon in redemption. So when someone shows who you they really are, believe them…especially when that person is YOU.

Lost in Thought
If thoughts are the spark, then words are the fire. As important as it is to have a vision, to see a path to your purpose, and to obsess about your passion, sometimes it’s hard to get the wheels in motion. Be it fear, lack of self-confidence, or devoted opposition, the greatest version of ourselves can sometimes become stifled, and ultimately lost in thought forever if we let it. When that happens, it’s not time to quietly sit back watch life pass you by, it’s time to free your mind through speaking your mind, because if you can think it, you can speak it; and if you can speak it, you can seek it.
When you know you are meant to do something in life, so much so that it resonates through ever fiber in the very fabric of your soul, you can’t just allow your fears to silence it, you need to speak it. You need to speak it like it’s a language unto itself, one which only you can truly understand, issuing yourself such a bold challenge you will have no choice but to take action and grind forward, day in and day out, just so you can put your money where your mouth is.
Spark thoughts, and spit fire. Tell not only the world, but yourself, what the deal is, and how you plan to seal it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with putting your back against the wall and forcing yourself to fight forward, because that’s when we fight the fiercest, when it’s do or die and there’s no exit strategy. Set the ultimatum by speaking the ultimatum, and take yourself from being lost in thought, to finding the life you always dreamt of was only a few bold verbs away. – CPT Ryan
