10 Reasons To Work Out That Aren’t Aesthetic

It’s no secret that exercising regularly helps you look good naked.

Most of the time, our drive to start working out or stick with a workout program are based around our aesthetics. We want a tighter tush, rock hard abs, lean legs, toned arms, etc. Today, I want to talk about the many reasons to work out that DON’T have to deal with how you look….

Here’s a short list for you to start thinking about:

1. It wakes your ass up

Jumping out of bed and hitting a quick workout first thing in the morning can wake not only your body up, but your mind as well. There’s nothing like starting your day with a good sweat and high energy!

2. It’s a complete mood changer

Anytime I’m in a bad mood working out makes me feel cheerier. There’s something about working on your body, feeling sexy & strong that can completely turn your day around. + working out releases endorphins which by nature make you happier!

3. You sleep better

Do I need to say more? Catching more quality z’s is highly sought after. Exercising for 1 hour daily can help regulate your sleeping patterns and help you to achieve more restful sleep.

4. You’re able to focus longer & be more creative

I guarantee you’ll have 10+ new ideas about your most stressful work project or solution to a major problem in your life by the end of your workout session. Exercise gets your MIND working & there’s always a positive result.

5. It’s empowering & uplifting

Working out can leave you feeling empowered by honing in on discipline and time management skills, accomplishing new goals and feeling INVINCIBLE.

6. It gives you an instant energy boost

One of the BEST ways to beat fatigue and to boost energy is to exercise MORE.

7. It allows you to see what your body can DO

Pushing our body to it’s limits and seeing the amazing things our “machine” is capable of is quite gratifying. Working out increases your confidence and heightens your level of self-respect for your body and all that it can do.

8. It changes your cravings to HEALTHY choices

As you begin working out, you’ll realize you start to crave bad choices less and less. After all, no one wants to ruin their hard workout with a sweet treat or blow it on a cheat meal.
